There are 5 types of size at Nomade Stories:

XS(115cm); S (120cm); M(125cm); L (130cm); XL (140cm)

The smallest and most petite (150-155cm) will appreciate a shorter cord… But if you are 175cm tall and wear a size L, you will start with a 130cm cord in summer, and even larger in winter. This is why it is important that you take your measurement. It should ideally reach your hip! If you have any doubts, contact us via our online chat!

Dimensions do NOT include carabiners to which 5 cm is added for final length.

Our Nomade Stories products are made with a mix of raw materials; Paracord (Nylon and polyester), ribbons and straps in cotton, polyester, nylon thread. Carabiners are mixes of metal alloys (aluminum and steel).

The bananas we offer are 100% cowhide or cotton.

Maintaining your nylon and polyester phone cord with metal rings is essential for its durability. Here are some tips:

Use a soft damp cloth for the braided part and a dry cloth for the metal rings. Avoid harsh cleaners that could damage the material.

Store your cord neatly to avoid tangling and warping.

Follow these tips to extend the life of your cord and keep the rings in good condition.

Return or exchange of goods: Items are neither returned nor exchanged by post. Returns and exchanges can be made ONLY at the workshop in Vinzel within 7 days following delivery of your order.

Delivery by La Poste , Products to be personalized are delivered to Switzerland within 2 working weeks, after receipt of payment. All items are delivered to Switzerland by Swiss Post in B mail with tracking number.

If your package is not collected within the allotted time and is returned to us, you will be charged the return and reshipping costs.

For the delivery of orders, Nomade Stories only uses the information transmitted by the customer when entering their delivery address. Any errors or incomplete data in the delivery address provided by the customer may compromise the delivery of the order and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Nomade Stories does not
cannot be held responsible for a failure to deliver or loss of a package if the address given by the customer is incorrect or incomplete.
