Return or exchange of goods: Items are neither returned nor exchanged by post. Returns and exchanges can be made ONLY at the workshop in Vinzel within 7 days following delivery of your order.
Delivery by La Poste , The ordered products are delivered in Switzerland within 3 to 5 working days, after receipt of payment. All items are delivered to Switzerland by Swiss Post in B mail with tracking number.
If your package is not collected within the allotted time and is returned to us, you will be charged the return and reshipping costs.
For the delivery of orders, Nomade Stories only uses the information provided by the customer when entering their delivery address. Any errors or incomplete data in the delivery address provided by the customer may compromise the delivery of the order and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Nomade Stories cannot be held responsible for a failure to deliver or loss of a package if the address given by the customer is incorrect or incomplete.
Packaging ; Nomade Stories undertakes to package and protect the goods to be shipped as best as possible, but is in no way responsible for any damage that may occur during delivery, which is the responsibility of the transport service.
Our Nomade Stories products are made with a mix of raw materials; Paracord (Nylon and polyester), ribbons and straps in cotton, polyester, nylon thread. Carabiners are mixes of metal alloys (aluminum and steel).
The bananas we offer are 100% cowhide or cotton.
Key ring
To maintain a paracord keychain,
a few simple gestures are enough. First, avoid prolonged exposure
in the sun, as this can alter the color and weaken the resistance of the
rope. If your keychain is dirty, rinse it with cold, soapy water,
then let it air dry, away from direct heat sources. If
you want to machine wash it, it is possible, but on condition that you remove
the metal alloy. Wash it at 30°C maximum, to prevent the alloy from
blacken or metal residue damage your machine. Be careful
also to respect the precautions related to the maintenance of the equipment of
cleaning: some machines can be weakened by hard elements
or metal, and improper washing can cause damage to the material.
Charms
To maintain your charms, it is important to brush
Regularly comb the hairs. If necessary, trim the fibers
with scissors to keep its shape. Avoid machine washing, as
cotton fiber is fragile and could deteriorate. For cleaning in
softness, a damp microfiber sponge will do the job perfectly without
risk damaging the fabric. Finally, always keep your charms out of reach
infants, as small parts or fibers may present a
choking hazard. Careful maintenance will ensure your charms look beautiful
longevity and a neat appearance!
